Our company may process personal data related to employees in accordance with the purposes and processing conditions specified in this text. The personal data subject to processing is as follows:

Identity Data: Name, surname, mother-father's name, date of birth, Turkish identity number, gender, marital status, identity card serial number, nationality information, passport information, position and title information, vehicle license plate family relatives information.

Contact Data: Telephone number, e-mail address, address information, internal company contact information (company telephone number, extension telephone number, corporate e-mail address, registered e-mail address).

Financial Data: Bank IBAN number, payrolls, files and debt information regarding enforcement proceedings.

Physical Space Security Information: Camera images.

Legal Transaction Data: Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information in the case file, etc.

Professional Experience Data: Educational status, in-service training information, certificate and diploma information, language information, courses attended, education and skills, work experience, transcript information.

Visual and Audio Data: Photographs and camera recordings of real persons.

COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL REASON OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As an employer, we collect your personal data, which we request personally from you, through your job application or other employment platforms, or which you choose to share with us during your job application, or in your CV or other texts you share regarding your application, in order to fulfill our legal obligations, to fulfill the employment contract between us, for reasons stipulated by law and for the Company's legitimate interests, by means of your physical or electronic transmission to us and by recording information accessible to third parties on Company computer programs, applications and servers or on the internet that are open to the use of more than one person.

In accordance with the Company's legal obligation and legitimate interest to ensure workplace safety, we collect data through cameras placed in the workplace building.

We collect data through legal documents and notifications sent to us in order to fulfill our legal obligations.

Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety; We collect your health data in order to fulfill our legal obligations and as required by law.

Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and, in any case, for the duration of the legal limitation periods.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES DOMESTIC

For your security and to enable our Company to fulfill its legal obligations, your personal data may be shared with relevant institutions or organizations, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Authority, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Customs and Trade, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Turkish Employment Agency (İş-Kur), and public legal entities such as the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, to the extent permitted and required by the Labor Law, the Occupational Health and Safety Law, the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law, the Law on Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the Identity Notification Law, and other legislative provisions, including but not limited to these. For example, employee personal data is shared with the Social Security Institution for the payment of employee and employer premiums.

  • In order to exercise our right of defense, we are obliged to fulfill legal requests such as court orders or requests for evidence, provided that they are in accordance with the law and procedure, and to our lawyers.

YOUR RIGHTS

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether the Company processes personal data about you, if so, to request information about your personal data, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom they are transferred, provided that you provide us with proof of your identity.

You may request the Company to destroy (delete, destroy, or anonymize) your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law. You may also request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred or to whom it may be transferred be informed of your destruction request. However, we will evaluate your destruction request and determine the appropriate method based on the specific circumstances of the case. In this context, you may always request information from us explaining why we have chosen the destruction method we have chosen.

If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you may request compensation for the damage.

Depending on the nature of your application, your requests will be resolved free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if the process requires additional costs for the Company, the Personal Data Protection Board may charge a fee as set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

You can submit your application regarding the processing of your personal data by filling out the application form available on the Company's website or in writing and signed, provided that you comply with the conditions in Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
