3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of planning and/or executing our Company’s human resources policies and processes (“Purposes”), primarily for the purposes of carrying out the application, selection and evaluation processes of employee candidates, carrying out the necessary communication for the placement of employee candidates and conducting reference checks for personnel recruitment, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your collected personal data is not transferred domestically or internationally.

We will endeavor to resolve your requests within thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request, without charging you. However, if the process requires additional costs for the Company, we may charge you the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). According to the Board's fee schedule, if we respond to your request in writing, we will not charge you for up to ten pages. However, we may charge a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira for each page exceeding ten pages. If we provide the response to your request on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, we may charge a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium.
